i just fast traveled out then back into the area via the fast travel location near by. the key to killing them fast is a strong knife weapon. it cuts their arms off fast then they are cake to kill. and the workbench inside the gas station made it too easy to repair my weapon fast. but i realized leveling fast means absolutly nothing in this
7 mo. ago. The enemies level up as you do and are usually either one below or above you until you hit the level 30 cap. The scale when you go back to the older areas as well, so don't expect to go to back to an earlier area once you level up and plow through them.
