Bf1 is more atmospheric, feels more like a battlefield game, has a very strong player base. BfV is newer with better movement, and has a larger player base. I personally enjoyed Bf1 more and it isn’t that expensive right now, but if you’re looking for longevity I would get V. 48.
The maps are still pretty weak in some areas. Specialist balance is pretty garbage and something like 60-70% of palyers play the same 5 specialist (there will be 14 total when the final one is released next week or the week after). So 60-70% play the same 5/14 haha. Gun balance is also wonky. On the fly attachments complicated things.
